• Using special software, we carefully create our design ensuring that the design and words are properly placed and displayed.

• All designs and wording are CUSTOM embroidered. There are usually thousands of stitches and multiple color changes involved in many of our pieces. Some of our pieces have up to 70,000 stitches and up to 15 different thread colors.

• We always use quality decorator fabric selected appropriately for the keepsake.

• The fabric is then carefully hand cut to specified frame dimensions allowing a display area for a Photograph.

• Fabric is adhered to acid-free mat board, which requires expertise and time to ensure wording and designs are aligned properly. A very difficult and time-consuming task.

• A quality wood frame is included with your keepsake, as well as the fabric pen.
